分子考古 (Molecular archaeology)、量化考古(Quantitative archaeology)、分子历史(Molecular history)、法医考古(Forensic archaeology)
实验室基于最前沿的古基因组学方法,系统梳理古代人群间的谱系源流关系,描述中华民族“血脉”融合的动态过程。
1.依托探源五期工程,聚焦仰韶、龙山、先秦(夏商周)人群的谱系溯源研究,回答中国考古学中文明起源这一核心问题,为建设中国特色中国风格中国气派的考古学贡献力量;
2.依托社科重大项目,研究三到九世纪北方民族谱系,生动地反映各民族交流交往交融历史,为“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”提供新思路;
3.依托国自然面上项目,建设国家英烈 DNA 数据库,尝试形成法医考古学研究新范式,为爱国主义教育提供最为生动的素材。
实验室位于复旦大学邯郸校区环境科学与工程学系楼2楼,配备有纳米级X光断层扫描重构设备(Nano-CT)、autoflex speed 质谱仪、超景深三维立体显微镜、手持式三维扫描仪(3Dscanner)、全自动DNA提取仪、高通量基因测序仪、专用服务器等相关设备。
